Angkor Wat and Small Circle with Sunset
Angkor Wat - After breakfast, our guide will meet you in the lobby at 8:00 am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House). We will then take you to purchase temple passes on the way to the temples, starting with the world-renowned Angkor Wat.
Ta Prohm Temple - This temple is truly astonishing! Next, we will continue to Ta Prohm on the small circuit road. This temple is famous for its massive tree roots enveloping the structure and is the filming location for the movie “Tomb Raider”.
After a busy morning, we will have lunch at a nearby local restaurant between 12:00 pm-1:00 pm, which will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Meals: dishes can cost around 5 USD each, depending on your order). After lunch, we will proceed to the next temples.
Ta Nei Temple - Ta Nei is a small and tranquil temple with minimal restoration, ideal for those looking to avoid crowds. The temple is surrounded by large trees.
The Victory Gate - We will first stop to visit the Victory Gate on the east side of Angkor Thom. After a quick visit and photo session, we will continue to Bayon Temple.
Bayon Temple - Located in the center of Angkor Thom city, Bayon Temple features 49 towers, each with 4 faces, totaling 196 faces of the Buddhist deity Avalokiteshvara. We will then walk to the next temple.
Baphuon Temple - Nearby is Baphuon, a Hindu temple built in the 11th century, predating Angkor Wat. The large Reclining Buddha behind it was added in the 16th century. We will then proceed to the Royal Enclosure Wall.
Phimeanakas - Phimeanakas is a pyramid-shaped Hindu temple built in the 10th century, located in the center of the old Royal Palace of Angkor Thom. We can visit Phimeanakas along with the ancient Royal Enclosure Wall.
Terrace of the Elephants - This platform was used by many kings to view their victorious returning armies and features numerous elephant carvings on its walls.
Terrace of the Leper King - Located nearby on the north side of the Terrace of the Elephants, this is another platform worth visiting.
Preah Palilay - Preah Palilay is a small Buddhist sanctuary in a wooded area north of the Royal Palace in Angkor Thom. It has several attractive features and is worth a short detour.
Phnom Bakheng - To end the day, we will climb Phnom Bakheng hill to watch the sunset. If you prefer not to wait for the sunset, you can skip this part.
Sunrise Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei & Floating Village Kampong Pluk
Angkor Wat - Starting the tour early, our guide will meet you in the lobby at 5:00 am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House). We will then take you to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Afterward, you can return to your hotel for breakfast or have breakfast at a nearby restaurant.
Kampong Phluk Floating Village - After breakfast, we will visit Tonle Sap Lake at Kampong Phluk Village to see the floating village by private boat. Cruise through the stilt houses of fishing villages on Tonle Sap Lake to discover the natural beauty and traditional lifestyle of the area. We will have a lunch break at a nearby restaurant around 12:00 pm.
Banteay Srei - After lunch, we will visit Banteay Srei, also known as the Ladies’ Temple. Built from pink sandstone in the mid-10th century by Hindu King Rajendravarman II, it is dedicated mainly to the Hindu god Shiva.
Banteay Samre - Banteay Samre is a Hindu temple built in the 12th century. Although there is little evidence about its history, it is believed to have a similar design to Angkor Wat.
Pre Rup - Pre Rup, meaning “turn the body,” was constructed in the late 10th century and is dedicated to Hindu gods. It is believed that funerals were conducted at this temple, which is the farthest on the grand circuit road.

Banteay Kdei - Banteay Kdei is a Buddhist temple built in the 12th century. Its structures are very similar in style to Ta Prohm and Bayon.

On the second day, we will watch a beautiful sunrise at Angkor Wat temple and visit floating village Kampong Pluk on Tonle Sap Lake.
In the afternoon, we will visit Banteay Srei or called Ladies Temple, built of a rare pink sandstone. It is known as the jewelry of Angkor. And following to Banteay Samre, Pre Rup, Banteay Kdei.
