Ta Prohm - It really is amazing! Afterward continue to Ta Promh on the small circuit road. This temple is one with a lot of gigantic tree roots over the temple and is the place where Hollywood made the movie “Tomb Raider”. After busy couple hours in the morning between 12:00pm-1:00pm we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant nearby take around 45 minutes-1 hour ( Meals : food can be cost rank from 5USD per dish which depend on the food you order form menu ). After lunch then we go to the next temples.
Ta Nei Temple - Ta Nei is small & quite temples with less restoration yet. It is a very good for those who want to avoid crowds. The temple is surrounded by my big trees.
The Victory Gate - At first we will stop by visit the Victory gate on the east side of Angkor Thom. After quick stop visit & taking photos then we continue to Bayon temple.
Bayon Temple - Bayon temple is in the centre of Angkor Thom city with 49 towers in which every tower has 4 faces, so that means there are 196 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara and we walk to the next temple.
Baphuon Temple - The nearby temple is called Baphoun which is a Hindu temple built before Angkor Wat in 11st Century. The big Reclining Buddha behind it was built in 16th Century & we continue to Royal Enclosure Wall.
Phimeanakas - Phimeanakas is the pyramid Hindu temple built in 10 Century and located in the center of the old Royal Palace of Angkor Thom so we can visit Phimeanakas altogether with ancient Royal Enclosure Wall.
Terrace of the Elephants - Terrace of the Elephants is the platform was ever used by many kings to view victorious returning army and it has many pictures of elephants carving on the wall of the platform.
Terrace of the Leper King - The Terrace of the Leper King is another platform located nearby on the north side of Terrace of Elephants.
Phnom Bakheng - Last one we go to climb up the hill Phnom Bakheng for waiting to see sunset view but in case if you don’t want to be waiting for sunset then you can skip sunset. Note: Due to the limited number of tourists allowed at the peak on Phnom Bakheng , if it is busy we will take you to climb up Phnom Bakheng a bit earlier and you can take a bit longer waiting for sunset ( Note : Waiting & see sunset will take 1.45 hours - 2 hours )
