Angkor Thom South Gate - After breakfast, our guide will meet you in the lobby at 8:00 am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House). We will take you to purchase temple passes on the way to the temples, then visit the world-renowned ancient city of Angkor Thom. We will start at the South Gate of Angkor Thom.

Bayon Temple - Located in the center of Angkor Thom city, Bayon Temple features 49 towers, each with 4 faces, totaling 196 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara. We will then walk to the next temple.

Baphuon Temple - Nearby is Baphuon, a Hindu temple built in the 11th century, predating Angkor Wat. The large Reclining Buddha behind it was added in the 16th century. We will continue to the Royal Enclosure Wall.

Phimeanakas - Phimeanakas is a pyramid-shaped Hindu temple built in the 10th century, located in the center of the old Royal Palace of Angkor Thom. We can visit Phimeanakas along with the ancient Royal Enclosure Wall.

Terrace of the Elephants - This platform was used by many kings to view their victorious returning armies and features numerous elephant carvings on its walls.

Terrace of the Leper King - Located nearby on the north side of the Terrace of the Elephants, this platform will be visited along with the platform of Tempranon and the nearby Preah Palilay temple.

The Victory Gate - The Victory Gate is another gate on the east side of Angkor Thom. The east side has two gates, the Death Gate and the Victory Gate, while the other sides have only one gate each.

Chau Say Tevoda - Located near the Victory Gate of Angkor Thom, this temple was completely restored by the Chinese government. Built in the 12th century, it shares a similar style with Angkor Wat.

Thommanon - Opposite Chau Say Tevoda, Thommanon Temple was built in the 12th century for the Hindu god.

Angkor Wat - Angkor Wat is the largest and most famous temple in Cambodia. Originally built in the 12th century for the Hindu god Vishnu, it became a Buddhist temple in the 16th century.

Amazing Sunrise at Angkor Wat & Rolous Group & Banteay Srei

Angkor Wat - To see the sunrise, we will start the tour early. Our guide will meet you in the lobby at 5:00 am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House) and take you to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Afterward, we will return to your hotel for breakfast and resume the tour.

Preah Ko - Preah Ko was the first temple built in the ancient, now-defunct city of Hariharalaya, part of the Rolous Group.

Bakong - Bakong is the first temple mountain made of sandstone, constructed by the rulers of the Khmer Empire. It is the largest temple in the Rolous Group.

Lolei - Lolei is a small Hindu temple built in the 9th century, located in the Rolous Group.

Banteay Srei - Also known as the Ladies’ Temple, Banteay Srei was built from pink sandstone in the mid-10th century by Hindu King Rajendravarman II, dedicated mainly to the Hindu god Shiva.

Banteay Samre - Built in the 12th century, Banteay Samre is a Hindu temple. Although there is little evidence to confirm its history, it is believed to be similar in style to Angkor Wat.

Pre Rup - Constructed in the late 10th century, Pre Rup is dedicated to Hindu gods. It reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple.

Banteay Kdei - After lunch, we will visit Banteay Srei, also known as the Ladies’ Temple, built from pink sandstone in the mid-10th century by Hindu King Rajendravarman II, dedicated mainly to the Hindu god Shiva.

Remote Temples: Koh Ker Group, Beng Mealea & Roluos Group

Koh Ker Temple - Located more than 150 km northeast of Siem Reap in Preah Vihear province, Koh Ker was briefly the capital of the Khmer Empire between 928 and 944. Temples in the Koh Ker Group include Prasat Thom (a 7-tiered temple), Prasat Pram, Prasat Neang Khmao, Prasat Linga, and Prasat Damre.

Beng Mealea - Beng Mealea is one of the most mysterious temples in Angkor, with nature having taken over much of the structure. Exploring this temple, built on the same floor plan as Angkor Wat, offers an ultimate Indiana Jones experience.

Preah Khan - After breakfast, our guide will meet you in the lobby to visit Preah Khan, a Buddhist temple built by King Jayavarman VII and dedicated to his father. This large monastic complex served as a Buddhist monastery and school, housing over 1,000 monks.

Neak Pean - Next, we will visit Neak Pean, a small island temple located in the middle of the last Baray constructed by a Khmer King in the Angkor area.

Krol Ko - Krol Ko is a small Buddhist temple built in the 12th century, located near Neak Pean.

Ta Som - Ta Som is a small Buddhist temple located on the east side of Neak Pean.

Eastern Mebon - East Mebon is a large temple-mountain-like ruin, rising three levels and crowned by five towers. Each corner features large elephant statues.

After visiting East Mebon, we will drive to the temples in the Rolous Group. Before visiting, we will take a lunch break.

Ta Keo - Ta Keo is a large mountain temple built in the 11th century for the Hindu god Shiva. It is in good condition and is currently being restored by the Chinese government.

Ta Prohm - Ta Prohm is famous for its gigantic tree roots growing over the temple. It is also the location where the Hollywood movie “Tomb Raider” was filmed.

Prasat Kravan - Prasat Kravan is a small temple built in the 11th century from bricks, unlike most other temples made from sandstone.

Phnom Bakheng - Our last stop will be to climb Phnom Bakheng hill to watch the sunset. If you prefer not to wait for the sunset, you can skip this part. Note: Due to the limited number of tourists allowed at the peak, we may climb Phnom Bakheng earlier and wait longer for the sunset (approximately 1.45 to 2 hours).

Wonderful Kulen Mountain: 1000 Lingas, Reclining Buddha, Waterfall & Artisan D’Angkor Workshop

Koulen National Park - Located more than 60 km from Angkor Park, this area is not a temple but a riverbed covered with sculptures of Lingas, known as 1000 Lingas, symbolizing the supreme essence of the god Shiva. We will also visit the Big Reclining Buddha, carved from a natural giant rock called Prah Ang Thom, and a nearby waterfall, which is a great spot for swimming.

Psar Chaa - Old Market - A local market in the center of Siem Reap. If you prefer not to visit, you can skip this stop.

This comprehensive tour package spans five days, during which we will explore numerous large and small temples, as well as attractions tucked away in remote areas.

On the first day, we will explore all the temples located within Angkor Thom and its surroundings, including Angkor Wat.

The following day begins with a breathtaking sunrise view over Angkor Wat. We will then proceed to the ancient temples in the Rolous Group, followed by a visit to Banteay Srei and other temples along the same route.

The third day involves a long drive to the seldom-visited and peaceful temples in the Koh Ker Group & Beng Mealea, offering picturesque views of the countryside throughout the journey.

The fourth day’s itinerary includes a visit to the temples along the Big Circle and Small Circle. The day ends with a climb up Phnom Bakheng to enjoy a sunset view.

On the final day, we will visit the holy Kulen Mountain National Park, famed for its waterfall. The afternoon is reserved for shopping at Artisan D’Ankgor and the local Old Market.
