Embark on a full-day tour of Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Cambodia. Discover the magnificent temples of Angkor Archaeological Park, including Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and the Bayon Temple.
- Angkor Wat - After your breakfast at 8:00am, our driver will pick you up from your hotel. We’ll then head to the temple pass and depart to explore the city of Angkor Thom. Our first stop will be the Bayon temple, a highlight in the center of Angkor Thom with 49 towers, each featuring 4 faces, totaling 196 faces. Next, we’ll walk to the nearby Baphoun, a Hindu temple built before Angkor Wat, and continue to the Royal Enclosure and Elephant Terrace within the Angkor Thom complex. We’ll then visit Ta Prohm temple, famous for its gigantic tree roots overgrowing the structure and as the filming location for the movie “Tomb Raider.”
After a busy morning, we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the world-renowned Angkor Wat, which is truly awe-inspiring. We’ll finish the day by climbing Phnom Bakheng to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
