Leave the hotel at 5:00 AM with a private tour guide in an air-conditioned vehicle of your choice. Purchase a day temple pass per person (at your own expense) and head to Angkor Wat to witness the sunrise at this magnificent religious site, built in the early 12th century and dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu deity. After breakfast, proceed to explore the hidden jungle temple of Ta Prohm, famous for its appearance in the Hollywood movie Tomb Raider.
