DAY 1: FLOATING VILLAGE AND QUAD BIKE WITH SUNSET

DAY 1: FLOATING VILLAGE AND QUAD BIKE WITH SUNSET
Kampong Phluk Floating Village - In the morning: After enjoying breakfast, embark on a journey to explore the floating village ‘Kompong Pluk or Chong Kneas’ on the expansive Tonlé Sap Lake, the largest lake in Asia. The trip to the pier takes about half an hour by car, followed by a private local boat ride of over an hour to tour the village. One part of the village features houses elevated on stilts 5-7 meters high, while the other part includes houses, schools, shops, a church, and a floating police station. Return to the hotel for some relaxation.
In the afternoon: At 4:30 pm, a tuk-tuk will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the Cambodia Quad Bike office. After a brief safety and familiarization session, you will drive through the rice fields surrounding Siem Reap. The tour will pass through several local villages, offering a glimpse into rural life around Siem Reap. Our guide will suggest the best spots for capturing sunset photos.
The tour concludes at the Cambodia Quad Bike office. After cleaning off the mud and enjoying a refreshing drink, you will be transported back to your hotel in Siem Reap.
DAY 2: ANGKOR TEMPLES WITH DAWN
Angkor Wat - In the morning: Depart early to witness the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Enjoy free time for breakfast (the hotel will prepare a takeaway breakfast). Begin your exploration of Angkor Wat (one of the Seven Wonders of the World), the most renowned and best-preserved temple among all Angkor temples. It is regarded as the largest religious monument ever constructed and one of the world’s most significant archaeological treasures. Visit the Taphrom temple, famous for the ‘Tomb Raider’ film, and one of the most stunning temples in the area, remaining almost untouched since its discovery. Continue your visit to the ancient city of Angkor Thom, including: Victory Gate; Bayon, located in the city center and known for its 54 towers and over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara; Baphoun, newly opened after years of restoration; Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Return to the hotel.
