- Angkor Wat - After picking you up from your hotel, we’ll take you to get your Angkor Pass. Then, we’ll head straight to Angkor Wat. You’ll walk along the entrance causeway, cross the great moat, and enter the outer enclosure of Angkor Wat. Here, you’ll be amazed by the size of the buildings and the surrounding complex. Your guide will explain the history and layout of the temple as we approach the main part of Angkor Wat. You’ll have time to explore the buildings, examine the carvings and bas-reliefs, and learn about the history of this magnificent temple.
- Angkor Thom - After exploring Angkor Wat, we’ll head to the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Here, you’ll see the giant smiling face looking down at you from the entrance to the vast city of Angkor Thom. The entrance is very ornate with beautiful carvings to admire. The causeway over the moat is equally fascinating, with 54 gods on one side and 54 devils on the other. You can distinguish them by their expressions: the gods will be smiling, while the devils will have a grimacing look.
- Ta Prohm - Before concluding the tour and returning to the hotel, we will visit the Ta Prohm temple. Ta Prohm is the modern name of a temple near Siem Reap, Cambodia, located about one kilometer east of Angkor Thom and on the southern edge of the East Baray. Built in the Bayon style in the late 12th and early 13th centuries, it was originally called Rajavihara.
