Sunrise Over Angkor Wat
Angkor Wat - Visitors will experience the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat and explore this magnificent ancient monument, which takes approximately 2 and a half hours.
Angkor Thom - The journey begins at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, including visits to Bayon, Baphuon Temple, and the Elephant and Leper King Terraces, taking around 2 to 2 and a half hours.
Ta Prohm - This renowned temple, featured in the Hollywood film Tomb Raider, remains in its natural state with the jungle overgrowth.
Sunset Over Hilltop Temple Of Phnom Bakheng
Pre Rup - Guests will be picked up from the hotel by a tour guide and driver in an air-conditioned vehicle at 8:30 am to visit Pre Rup, a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Shiva, built in the mid-10th century from clay brick, offering stunning views from the top.
Eastern Mebon - The tour continues to another clay brick temple, the former island temple, similar in style to Pre Rup but featuring unique elephant statues at each corner.
Banteay Srei - The excursion proceeds to the outskirts to visit Banteay Srei, known as the Citadel of Women, located 38 km away. A 45-minute drive leads to this temple, famous for its intricate carvings made from pink sandstone. A lunch break will be taken at a local restaurant.
Ta Som - After lunch near Banteay Srei Temple, the tour continues with a 40-minute drive to Ta Som, a Buddhist temple with overgrown conditions and smiling Buddha faces at the entrance gate.
Neak Pean - The journey proceeds to the island temple, formerly an ancient hospital that used holy water for healing. Neak Pean, meaning “coiled serpent,” was originally a Buddhist temple.
Preah Khan - Known as the second largest temple after Angkor Wat, Preah Khan is dedicated to Mahayana Buddhism. This serene temple remains in its natural state, featuring a large stupa in the central tower.
Phnom Bakheng - The guide and driver will escort guests to the final stop to witness the sunset over Angkor Wat from the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng, the oldest Hindu temple built in ancient Angkor city. Guests will be transferred back to the hotel by 6:30 pm.
