Magical day - This is a great way to pack in a lot in one day without feeling rushed. Our guide Bunpheng spoke good English and has a lot of knowledge about the temples and specific carvings. If you don’t do private tours very often, I recommend you relax into the comfortable, leisurely pace. You will have all the time you need to take photos and rest if you need to. The driver is also very attentive. Always prompt and met us with cold towels and drinks. It is extremely hot so dress appropriately or you will be miserable. I wore a big hat, cotton dress and carried a handheld fan. I also sought out shade where I could. Our itinerary was pick up from hotel @ 4:30 am, go to Angkor Wat for sunrise, explore Angkor, on to Ta Prohm, then one more temple (I forget the name). We had lunch (delish) then went back to the hotel @ 11:30. Pick up at hotel @ 3 pm and on to Banyon Temple for sunset. Not sure if it was just the time of year (April) but we basically had the place to ourselves. The whole day was magical.

Amazing tour - My tour guide Samnang took me through all of the most important temple sites, as well as into some hidden photo spots and historical places that many may not know about. If I had not been with him I would not have learned anything about Angkor nor would I have had half the experience I did.

Great tour infact perfect day with great guide highly recommend this tour and guide - The trip was perfect, especially if you only have one day, we saw the main temples and got some great pics. Bunpheng was our guide and he is really lovely and very knowledgeable about Angkor and took us at our pace. The midday break was great to recharge. The day was perfect. Thankyou Bunpheng. Highly recommend this tour and guide and definitely worth the private tour so you are not stuck in a big group.

Great experience! - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with our guide Samnang (Nang) and our driver, Socheat. Nang’s knowledge of the sites was amazing, and Socheat was a careful and diligent driver. Both were kind, patient and made our visit to the many temples so memorable. Communication was excellent, everything was on time and we would highly recommend Nang and Socheat! Our experience with Angkor Doors was excellent.

Perfect day at Angkor Wat - From start to finish we had a great day. Our guide Bunpheng was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and his vast experience was really appreciated - from knowing how to avoid the crowds, pointing out key features in the temples to the best place to see sunrise and sunset. He also helped take some awesome photos for us to remember the day. Our driver was courteous ensuring there was lots of cold water and towels when we returned to the vehicle. Thank you for a well organised trip.

Great Angkor Wat tour - The Ankgor Wat all day tour from sunrise to sunset was outstanding. The original guide was replaced by another guide. His name was Leif (sp). Leif met us at our hotel before sunrise. Recommend getting your tickets for Angkor online as it is convenient to not have to stand in line before sunrise for tickets. He was very good and informative. We learned quite a bit about all the places we saw (Ankgor Wat, Ankgor Thom, Bayon, and other treasures) and also the history of the Khmer and Cambodian empire . Very polite and considerate, as were all the Cambodians we met. Highly recommend this tour.

Very successful visit to the temples of Angkor - We had a wonderful tour with our guide Nang, only to the temple of Angkor Wat at sunrise. Afterwards we visited Angkor Thom and the overgrown temples of Ta Prohm, all very impressive! After a lunch break from 11am to 3pm, Nang picked us up at the hotel and in the afternoon we visited other temples, including the Bayon complex. Nang was able to answer all our questions perfectly, but also gave us peace and time to let it all affect us and enjoy:) Highly recommended!

less crowds more culture and beauty - If you want to dive deeper than surface level while having a smooth yet intensive day around the Angkor complex then Bunpheng is your guy. From the awe-inspiring grandeur of Angkor Wat itself to the intricate carvings and hidden chambers of Bayon Temple, and much more, every moment was mesmerizing. Bunpheng knows his ways around the reins just as he knows his ways around culture and history, sharing historical and architectural insights and legends, as well as personal stories that brought each temple to life and made the past imaginable. The sunrise over Angkor Wat was magical and surprisingly chilly in January and the mid day break is totally worth it. No matter how tough and young you are a mid day rest makes you better comprehend the details of the second tour. Ofc there are more affordable tours but you’re looking for a truly immersive and enriching private tour, with a focus on understanding the cultural and religious aspects of the temples. We can only highly recommend this tour and Bunpheng as a guide!
