Great cooking class. Lots of fun - Channy was a fantastic cook / teacher. Lots of fun. No stress and very easy to follow. One to one class. The only down side was I couldn’t eat all the amazing food I produced

NZ/Cambodian Master Chefs! - We had a fantastic time cooking with Channy at the Paper Tiger cooking class on Pub Street. Heaps of laughs and we learned a lot. Most importantly we cooked some very delicious food. Channy has a wicked sense of humour and made a fun class. I can't wait to take my cooking skills home to NZ and try to recreate our masterpieces. Would highly recommend this activity.

Excellent cooking class - It was great, but a lot of food. Sinuon was a great teacher and very informative. It was a great time. We went to a near market and she explained a lot about local ingredients. It was a lot of fun making the food. At the beginning I got a free orange juice but the drink with the meal at the end be prepared to pay for, but it wasn’t to bad.

Amazing Experience to Deep into the Khmer Culture - I just had a Khmer Cooking Class on Lê Tigre de Papier with Sinuon and it was amazing! She showed me the local Market, showed me some local products and with went full on to the kitchen. She was só Nice all the time, explaining me how to do it and complementing my cooking skills, even my atrousious carrot flowers. I ended up with so much food I had to pack the spring rools 😅. Thank you very much.

Don't miss this amazing experience! - I had an incredible time at the Paper Tiger cooking class with Channy. We made spring rolls, mango salad, and traditional Cambodian amok. Channy was an outstanding teacher—friendly, funny, and full of personality. She made the class not only educational but also a lot of fun. It was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had, both while traveling and beyond. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable cooking experience. You won’t regret it!

Cambodian culinary delights - It was an incredible experience with Channy! I’m not confident when it comes to cooking, but Channy immediately put me at ease with her kindness, humor, creativity and amazing culinary skills. And then we got to eat what we made - so delicious. Highly recommend!!!

The best to do in Siem Reap! - The experience with Teacher Channy is superb! She is so knowledgeable and kind and very understanding especially for us who are beginners in cooking. She guided us from buying the ingredients to preparing and cooking. She has good command in English too which helped a lot. The food is sooooo good and healthy. Can’t believe you can have so much variety of food with just vegetables. What a game changer for me! Thank you, Teacher Channy! You made this experience unforgettable. Probably the best I did here in Cambodia together with the Angkor Wat. Do not hesitate to book this class. Just go straight to the store and ask for it. They have schedules everyday. :)

Authentic Khmer cooking - Great recipes, very accommodating (gluten-free requirement), and enthusiastic instructors! Felt a bit rushed, but overall, a super experience! Recommended, for sure!

Worst cooking class I ever attended! - I booked a group cooking class but no other people attended. The instructor rushed through the cooking class and I had the feeling that she wanted to get rid of me asap. First we went to the market that is just around the corner. The instructor passed the stalls rather bored, occasionally pointing to the products saying “this is sweet potatoe, this thai basil, etc” but most of the time she talked to the saleswomen. We didn’t buy any ingredients for the cooking class but she bought soemthing for herself only. The kitchen on the first floor is open to the outside, has no AC but only a fan, at the time I attended it was unbearable hot. I was asked to clean my hands before we started (which is self-explanatory for me) while the instructor didn't clean her hands but helped me with the preparation of the food The food and cooking equipment appeared not very clean, the coating on all pans had almost completely come off. Some spices (e.g. salt) are filled into open jars without lids and are placed next to the stove. They are also exposed to the direct outside environment, as the stove is placed against the open wall of the house. While cooking, the instructor took the spices out of these jars with a spoon that she had already used to stir the food in the pan! After the meal was prepared, I asked for a water and got the cheapest one available in Cambodia (0.25$), which is ok but afterwards I was charged an extra $1.55 for it (without even telling me that water/something to drink is not included in the cooking class price)! Offering a cooking class without water to drink and in a kitchen without AC and > 35°C temperature? What a cheek!!! Until today I have sent 3 emails to get the recipes for the meals I cooked but haven't received them. I received a word file with some recipes that have nothing to do with what I have cooked. And most of the recipes in this file are very poor described and not plausible (even for me as an experienced chef in southeast asian food). Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this cooking class at all and I really wonder what award this cooking class won according to the title on Viator. I attended a lot of cooking classes in different countries (mainly Southeast Asia) over the last 15 years and this one was definitely the worst one. Wasted time and money.
