Join in a ~three-hour culinary journey at Paper Tiger Eatery, recognized for its genuine Khmer food, and master the techniques of making popular Khmer dishes such as Amok, Chicken Curry, and Beef Loc Lac. Paper Tiger, the first cooking school in Siem Reap to serve international tourists since 1999, provides a distinct gastronomic experience. The class begins with a trip to a historical market where you’ll explore the fresh vegetables and meats utilized in the class. Once back in the eatery, a friendly, proficient chef will walk you through the steps of creating your selected Khmer meals. Enjoy the tasty dish you’ve crafted with your peers, contemplating which recipes you’d like to recreate at home. Great Cooking Class + Market Tour - This whole experience was top notch! We booked the class with others but we were the only two so we ended up having a private class. The market tour gave us a great overview of the different local foods to Cambodia and what they have to import. We were able to choose the meals that we prepared, there were Vegetarian options as well. (I did a vegetarian app and a chicken main)The actual class was very thorough and very fun! We were laughing through most of it. Highly recommend Sinoun as the teacher!!!

Fabulous cookery class - We took part in a cooking class with a lovely couple from Melbourne. We were all able to choose the dishes we would like to make and after visiting the market, were given our prep to complete. Sinuon was a wonderful chef. She was enthusiastic, funny, patient and gave clear instructions. Time flew by and the dishes were all delicious. A wonderful afternoon and a highly recommended experience in Siem Reap!

A wonderful afternoon's cookery - We took part in a fabulous cookery class with a lovely couple from Melbourne. Our chef was Sinuon and she was enthusiastic, patient and gave clear instructions. We were able to choose the dishes we made and had a look around the market to see some of the main ingredients. The time flew and the dishes were delicious - we're definitely going to try and make them at home (with a few substitutions suggested by Sinuon). Highly recommended!
