• Kbal Spean - Kbal Spean is located in the jungle to the northeast of Angkor. The river, known as Stung Kbal Spean, is a tributary of the Siem Reap River, originating in the Kulen mountain. The riverbed cuts through sandstone formations, and numerous Hindu mythological sculptures have been intricately carved into the sandstone. The archaeological site spans a section of the river, beginning 150 meters upstream north of the bridge head and extending to the falls downstream. As the river flows over these sacred sculptures, it continues downstream, splitting into the Siem Reap River, which eventually empties into Tonlé Sap Lake after traversing the plains and the Angkor temple complex. The site is situated in the western part of the Kulen mountains. From there, it is a 40-minute walk through the forest, covering approximately 1.5 kilometers uphill along a path, before reaching the first site, a water source, where the carved sculptures begin to appear in the riverbed.

• Beng Mealea - Explore the fascinating temple outside the Angkor area, King Suryavarman II’s 11th-century Beng Mealea temple, which served as a prototype for the renowned Angkor Wat. Beng Mealea Temple, almost forgotten in the jungle, offers an adventurous journey to reach it. It was isolated during Cambodia’s civil war. As the largest temple outside the main Angkor complex, it remains remarkably intact in some areas, while in others, it is completely destroyed; tree roots envelop many of the temple walls and doorways. The atmosphere here is mysterious yet provides a refreshing contrast to the more frequented temples near Angkor Wat. Beng Mealea shares many features with Angkor Wat, albeit on a smaller scale. It has three encircling galleries, the same four gates and entrances, and a pair of interior libraries. However, it differs from Angkor Wat by having only one central tower instead of the famous five towers of Angkor Wat.

• Ancient Quarry - Visit the Ancient Quarry, where the ancient Khmer people cut stones to construct Angkor Wat. After exploring Angkor National Park, the journey continues to Kbal Spean, nestled deep within the jungle. A 45-minute drive from the hotel is followed by a 1.5-kilometer walk, taking approximately 45 minutes uphill. Visitors will be amazed by the thousands of Siva lingas carved into the riverbed, along with depictions of Reclining Vishnu and other Hindu deities etched into the rock.

Following the visit to Kbal Spean, a 50-minute drive leads to Beng Mealea. The exploration begins at the West Gate, with a walk through the jungle path to the central temple. Here, visitors can marvel at the trees that have grown over the towers and galleries.

The adventure continues to the Ancient Quarry, the site where stones were sourced for the construction of Angkor Wat. The tour guide will provide insights into the methods used to cut and transport the stones to the Angkor Wat area.
