Amazing tour and lots of fun! - This tour was amazing! Bunsom was a wonderful guide, and made sure we were taken care of and felt safe on the Vespas, even had ponchos for us when it rained. We highly recommend this tour, it’s a wonderful way get around Siem Reap and to head out to the boat which takes you to the floating village. Along the way we saw a temple, learnt about growing mushrooms and learnt about rice wine making, plus a few tastings of the wine! All up a great experience and we highly recommend Brunsom as your guide.

A unique and fun adventure! - I had a wonderful afternoon and Phaeron was a great guide and navigated the muddy country roads really well! As it was just me on this trip he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and most personalised experience possible! I felt safe and comfortable the whole time! As it’s rainy season it was very cloudy but we still managed to get a bit of sunset poking through the clouds! I highly recommend this company, tour guide and tour!

So much fun - We booked this tour last minute and so glad we did. Our drivers Mut, Luk, and Oudom were all friendly, professional and great drivers. The tour took us out of the city and into the rice fields with a bit of rice wine tasting, mushroom farm and a wonderful boat ride along the largest lake in Asia to a floating fishing village to watch the sun set, Then it was back to the city, The tour was very informative but also a lot of fun at the same time. Would highly recommend this tour.

Great rural tour to floating village. - The tour with Phearon, Luk, Mut and Oudom was well organised, interesting and gave us a good variety of interesting activities to do. The highlight of the tour was watching the sunset over the floating village. Our group finished the tour feeling like we had been on great journey. I highly recommend this tour !

Awesome Tour of Local Village Life, The Heart and Soul of Cambodia - Excellent 5 star tour which takes you into the country to explore the heart of Cambodia, the local villages and village life. Absolutely inspiring. Zipping around on a Vespa, the tour takes you along well worn roads of Cambodia through vegetable and fruit farms, sprawling rice fields, a rice distillery and more. We stopped at a local live market which was absolutely fantastic, seeing how villagers lived and shared amongst each other. The wonderful sense of community was so inviting and is something sorely missing from modern Western societies. The Cambodians here were so friendly. Loved it! We skimmed the shores of the massive Ton Le Sap, eventually arriving at a tiny port where we hopped onto a boat. This was so inspiring riding the waters of the lake, eventually to arrive at the jewel of the crown, the floating village, a massive array of houses and buildings all floating and steadied by anchors. There was a school, a health centre, various floating restaurants, a pen for crocodiles, a hotel for tourists, and plenty of floating houses. Villagers went about their business on the lake, catching fish, transporting goods from house to house on boats. To think all the children ride boats to each other's homes to play, and in the mornings a vast armada of little boats will arrive at the school for their daily tuition. My big thanks especially to my tour guide, Phearon who made this trip the awesome experience that it was. He was full of knowledge of the area and the people we visited. He also skillfully navigated the back roads that we traversed making for a comfortable ride, and was very caring and concerned for my well being and safety. This trip would not have been possible without his expertise and friendliness. Thanks to Vespa Backstreet and to Phearon.

Floating Village Tour via Vespa! - We had an amazing experience on the Vespa Floating Village Tour with Vandy and Robbie. The tour started with a visit to a rice farm where we sampled rice wine, followed by an intriguing stop at a mushroom farm where Vandy explained the entire cultivation process. We then boarded a small boat to explore the floating village and enjoyed a breathtaking sunset from the rooftop of a lakeside restaurant. The tour provided deep insights into how local families sustain themselves in the countryside and floating village. The Vespas offered the perfect vantage point for exploring the area, and we felt safe and thrilled throughout the journey. It was a 10/10 experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an educational yet adventurous outing. Thank you!

Great personable way to see Siem Reap - I throughly enjoyed my two tours with Back Street Vespa. It is an ideal way to see the sights in 104 degree weather. On the first tour I went to see the Floating Village on Tonle Sap Lake with Ti Nan While the sunset was a bit disappointing (I am told to come October/November if it’s sunsets you seek) the trip from my hotel to the lake was thoroughly enjoyable. Ti Nan is warm with a great sense of humor. Makes a difference when you spend 5 hours with someone. The mushroom farm was fascinating followed by the rice wine tasting which was delicious. Could have stayed there several hours 😉 Back Street Vespa is a refreshing and highly personal way to see Siem Reap. I would happily do it again. Top notch 🛵🙏🏼

Fun interesting relaxing - This was one of the best tours we done. Relaxing even on the back of the vespas. Our riders and tour guide were really good at handling the bikes which allowed you take things in. Felt very safe. Definitely worth doing. we made stops to see local businesses in the country side and how they grew a certain kind of mushroom. Amazing. The sunset over the floating village was just really cool.

Off the beaten path, hidden gems - We had the most amazing full day, Thanut brought us around Siem Reap and we saw the Killing Fields, we went to a mushroom farm, (after this my wife was interested in seeing a Temple and Thanut managed to get us blessed by a monk!), we then went to a local pig farmer who brewed his own rice wine, we tasted some lovely flavoured rice wine (was very surprised by how flavourful it was and it being 40%), and finally we went to the floating village and watched the sunset whilst drinking an Angkor beer. What a brilliant day, I cannot recommend this enough! We were both very comfortable on the back of the Vespas and felt very safe driving around Siem Reap. Thanut is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions, was very welcoming and friendly.
