We set out at 8:00 in the morning, embarking on a 60 Km journey to Beng Mealea that takes roughly an hour and a half. Here, we explore the ancient structures nestled amid the forests, with lush green vegetation climbing the walls and roofs, offering excellent photographic opportunities. After a relaxing one-hour lunch break, we proceed for another 60 km to the Koh Khe complex. We observe the merging of nature with the pyramid tower, with plants protruding from the structure’s corners. We witness more trees coiling around towers, roofs, and galleries in the Linga city, a civilization constructed in the 9th century dedicated to the Hindu god, Shiva. Finally, we return to our hotel.
