Perfect trip - I was looking for a trip connecting Koulen Mountain and the floating village for a long time. I found the perfect trip. Punctual pick-up from the hotel, comfortable bus, professional guide Mr Sam and driver. Delicious lunch by the waterfall. On the way, we stop for banana cookies. An unforgettable visit to a floating village. We felt safe and did not get bored for a while. I recommend it with all my heart. We wanted to try durian and the guide with the driver found it for us. Thank you and best regards

Wonderful day trip! - I had tried to book this tour a couple of times but never reached the minimum number of participants as it was during the low season. I was in touch with Mr Raksa the entire time who was very patient and suggested a similar alternative tour. In the end it ended up being pretty much the same thing as the other tour I had booked with one minor difference. I skipped the Beng Mealea temple because the day before I had a full day tour in the Siem Reap temples. As for the rest, we followed the itinerary and had enough time at each stop without ever feeling rushed. The guide was very enthusiastic and smiling all the time. He told us several interesting and cool facts about Cambodia. The palm cake free tasting and the fresh coconut juice were a nice bonus. We had a lovely picnic at the waterfall with simple but tasty food. The driver was professional and skilled. The boat tour in the floating village and sunset on the lake were a nice finishing touch. Pick up and drop off were both on time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this tour. They were kind and professional and always in a good mood. If I ever return to Siem Reap I will definitely consider booking other tours with this agency.

A wonderful experience and journey - To standout in the competition of many travel operators whom offer similar itinerary and services, good customer service and professionalism make the differences. Our tour guide Mr. Sean is the example of such. He is not only knowledgeable of the subject matters relating to Cambodia, he is also familiar with the neighboring countries that impacting Cambodia history. His narrations are informative and relatable. He was quick to understand and to cater to our needs and preferences. He also demonstrated good work ethic to tactfully decline our offer of sharing the picnic food which we could not finish. In conclusion, it was more than a travel experience and a pleasantly memorable journey. Thank you.

Around Siem Reap - Had a great day with Sotin. He's very knowledgeable and was on point. Showed up right on time, got us to all the places he organized without any issues. He's got cold Waters anytime, cold towels when getting back to the van, and even carried a full lunch for everyone down to the waterfall. My favorite thing about his style is that he doesn't push too much information when people aren't asking questions. He goes with the flow, makes funny jokes and just let's you be you. I recommend him 100%.

He explained to us many things about Camboya and about the places we visited and he quickly and clearly answered us any question that we made to him. The ride during the tour was always smooth thanks to the driver Mr Than even on mountain roads,he provided us at all time cold water and wet towels which was a nice refreshing detail. We visited amazing places that I didn't expect with the best company of Mr. Highly recommended tour. Just feel the experience, you won't regret !!

Phnom Kulen Picnic Tour with Mr Sam - We went to Phnom Kulen with Mr Sam and Phatt as our tour guides. It was an incredible day and Mr Sam made our day incredibly special. We learned about Khmer cuisine at a local village where we had delicious snacks. At phnom kulen we visited the cliff, 1000 lingas, reclining Buddha and the waterfall with an amazing picnic . The views were amazing and the day was made extra special by Mr Sam who was incredibly knowledgable, humorous and upbeat the whole day, and this made the whole tour group feel happy throughout. We would 100% recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great day out near Siem Reap and thank Mr Sam once again for his great tour!

Full Day Kulen Mountain with Picnic and Tonle Sap Tour With Mr SA - Booked to go on Full Day Kulen Mountain with Picnic and Tonle Sap Tour, however due to low numbers we were moved to another, slightly longer tour at no extra cost. Great. Logistically it was a slight fiasco before the tour started, with the re-arrange of the tour we were on, time of pick up, but that was the only negative comment I can make. I believe this could be purely a reflection on the office staff organising the tour and no reflection on the tour guide. Onto the good parts. We had Mr SA as our tour guide, who was brilliant from start to finish. Superb spoken english, good knowledge of the area, clearly loves his country and took care of us throughout. I did not catch our drivers name, but he was professional and helpful throughout the tour. Both very friendly. Highlight for myself was the waterfall which was incredible, even with an over enthusiastic local looking to soak you. I would go back in a heart beat. There are changing huts (it is a hut) and it’s worth taking a dunk in the water. Meal that is provided was delicious and is provided by a local woman, who is clearly a very good cook. A close second and third, would be the cliff top view and the palm cake (I think that’s the correct name…) which was outstanding. All in all, it was a great day out and I would happily recommend to friends to go if they are in the area. Just be aware, that the logistics or organising might be a little…chaotic, but with some patience and calm, they will sort you out, promptly.
