Fantastic experience and talented artist's. - I visited the Phare Circus for a 8pm show - only through the reviews of others did I decide many months before travelling back to SR that I had to do this . It was a great show and supports local upcoming young artists and was very energetic. The artists were all extremely talented and it was a great performance. There is drinks / food to purchase before the show and a souvenir shop to walk around A great way to support the local upcomings of today. A fantastic experience I enjoyed.

A must do - it was phenomenal! - The show was incredible. The music, the story telling, the theatre and body language performances and the acrobatic skills were just spectacular and astounding! I loved the musicianship and how it was so integral to the story telling and atmosphere. The plot was very moving, telling some of the horrors of the Khmer Rouge which was difficult to watch at times but an incredibly important thing to learn about. The production had an overall positive and moving message around hope and peace, finding joy and reclaiming personal power. The skills and performances of these young actors was amazing. 100% book this if you are in Siem Reap, you won’t be disappointed!

A 'must do' when in Siem Reap. - Highly recommended. Would go again to see one of their other productions if were staying longer is Siem Reap. Well organised, staff helpful and very welcoming, but not annoyingly so. Production was capivating, well choreographed, incredible acrobatic skills, humour and fantastic musicians. Check out the guy with the thong and PVC pipes. Went 5pm show, section C. Booked directly through Phare circus site. Organised own transport. Great view from seat, did enter at 4.30pm so could find good spot. Did not eat there but smelt good. Shop attached has some nice stuff and for good cause, did not think prices unreasonable but might dismay a committed haggler.

Must see!!! - I didn’t know what to expect but this show is definitely worth it. It is a mixture of history, poetry, theatre, acrobatics etc. The artists are poignant. We loved this show. There is also a food corner. I strongly recommend eating there. Cooks offer several traditional dishes that were really delicious. The souvenir shop is also very interesting and helps fund the artists school. If you pass by, come there you don't regret it and you will support a good cause

A fantastic night at the circus! - Absolutely fantastic night at the circus! We went for some drinks and the street food, the quality of the food was outstanding ! I would highly recommend going for dinner first The Sokha performance was brilliant, the story behind it was great and it is played out exceptionally ! There is a lot of talent and strong emotions A definite thing to not miss out on whilst visiting Siem Reap The complimentary resuable water bottle is a lovely addition also, it has already come in very handy ! We booked A group seats, for the extra cost I would do this again Thanks for a great night and some fantastic memories!

Awesome show - Loved the circus!!! Comedy and acrobats and more make for an engaging show well worth your time and money. Seating can be a bit uncomfortable if you have back issues but show runs only about an hour so doable. But highly recommend

Amazing Show - I was looking for something to do in Siam Reap while I was there and this came up, so I signed up for it. I had no idea what to expect other than what I read. I can truly say that this was one of my favorite experiences while in Cambodia. The blend of acrobatics, painting and the storyline set to the recent historical timeline around the Khmer Rouge was phenomenal. If you are in town, go see this, it was an incredibly wonderful surprise.

A Night At The Circus !!! - An amazing show. There are several versions and I saw the SOKHA performance. Strong storyline and skillful acrobatics kept me and the crowd entertained throughout. The athleticism of the performers was like a mini Cirque de Soleil without the big equipment. And it wasn’t missed in the least. The feats performed by the cast were top notch. Doing several flips back and forth while jump roping was impressive. Landing after a front flip and jumping immediately into a backflip was very skillful. It made me remember my youth when we would jump around and play so easily. The music was handled in total by two musicians who did a wonderful job of accompanying the show. I also loved that there was a sitting area before the show with very good cooked food for purchase at a reasonable price. I had been running around all day and wasn’t sure where to eat in the city so the curry chicken and carrot dish with rice was yummy and appreciated. Several good home cooked food options to choose from too not your standard stadium menu I find at home. Finally after the show the audience (small venue about 200 to 250 people) you got to talk to the performers and if you liked have a photo with them. All in all an event well worth the time and moderate cost.

Too expensive for this kind of show - We had high expectations when we went to see the show. We had before this time sen a lot of ” new circus””. For example Cirque du soleil. They were really good acrobats, but when they try to tell a story, I think they failed. The vibe of a ” circus -school. If you compare this with the price of tickets, well its too high

Disappointing - Not quite what we expect a circus experience. Not many acrobatics or aerial skills. Some failed attempts at them. Musicians were amazing though.
