Angkor Thom, Bayon, Neak Pean, Banteay Srei, and Pre Rup Temple

Angkor Thom - This morning, head towards Angkor Thom, the former resplendent capital of the Khmer Empire. Take a moment to admire its grandeur before entering the city. Upon reaching the Bayon temple, marvel at its intricately designed central towers adorned with over 200 massive faces. Proceed to Neak Pean, an artificial island featuring a Buddhist temple on a circular island in Jayatataka Baray.

Banteay Srei - Continue the journey to visit the exquisitely preserved Banteay Srei. The intricate reliefs on this smaller sandstone structure are considered the finest and most skillfully crafted in Cambodia. On the return, make a brief stop at the well-preserved Banteay Samre, a laterite structure that once had internal moats.

Pre Rup - Conclude the exploration of Angkor temples by climbing up for a sunset view at Pre Rup temple.

Neak Pean - Neak Pean is an artificial island with a Buddhist temple on a circular island in Jayatataka Baray.

Ta Som - Ta Som is a small temple in Angkor, Cambodia, constructed at the end of the 12th century for King Jayavarman VII. It is situated northeast of Angkor Thom and just east of Neak Pean.
