- Bayon Temple - Known as the temple of smiling faces, this structure is built on three levels and features 54 towers reaching towards the sky. From the highest points of these towers, one can see the smiling faces of the king who commissioned the temple. The temple is adorned with numerous hidden carvings depicting Hindu mythology and the daily life of people from 1177 AD.
- Angkor Wat - This ancient city once had a population of around 1 million people who lived there for many generations. Historically, it dates from the 9th to the 14th century. Due to its decline, the city has now become overgrown with jungle, and many of its temples have been significantly damaged by vegetation. Some of the remaining temples include Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, and the terraces of elephants and the leper king, among others.
- Ta Prohm Temple - This temple serves as a model of how the city appeared when it was rediscovered in the 19th century. It is overrun with vegetation, with large trees and massive roots still growing on the temple. These trees are about 200 to 300 years old. The temple is also famous for being a filming location for the movie Tomb Raider in 2001.
