This is designed for enthusiasts of cycling, cruising and exploring major tourist sites in Siem Reap, a city known for its cultural tourism in Cambodia. By covering a distance of 30 kms on the bike, we reach an Eco-tourism village that produces crops for hotels using animal waste and offers insights into local farming practices near their homes. To get a closer look at the daily life activities, we follow established paths with a tuk tuk trailing behind, allowing occasional stops for photo taking, and refreshing ourselves with chilled water and towels. Afterwards, we traverse the paddy fields to reach the jetty and embark on a cruise to observe the floating households and local waterborne activities. On the return journey, we take a stroll around a lotus farm to understand its production process. The tour wraps up with local food tasting, exploration of an artisan’s workshop renowned for its high-quality products, a visit to the royal residence, viewing of bats perched on tree tops, worship of sacred idols and a trip to the Killing Field museum. Finally, we return to the hotel.
