• Ege Ports - The tour guide will be ready at the Kusadasi Cruise terminal at a pre-arranged time. (Meeting times vary for each cruise ship. The pick-up time will be emailed within 24 hours after reservation.) The personal guide will hold a sign with the guest’s name at the port. Proceed to Ephesus.
• Ancient City of Ephesus - The first stop is Ephesus, renowned in antiquity for its Temple of Artemis. During the Roman Empire, the Greek port of Ephesus became the greatest city in Asia Minor. The Ephesus excursion begins at the upper Magnesia Gate, leading through the city and ending near the ancient Harbor.

Along the way, visitors will see the Forum, the Odeon, the Library of Celsus, the Thermal Baths of Scolastika, and the Great Theater, originally built in the Greek era and reconstructed during the Roman period. This theater has hosted events ranging from Paul’s sermons to the Ephesians to concerts by Sting, thanks to its exceptional acoustics.

Guests will walk along the Arcadian Way, where Mark Antony and Cleopatra once rode in procession. Stories of Alexander the Great, the Virgin Mary, and other notable figures who walked these marble streets will be shared.

• Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - Travel to the House of the Virgin Mary, a Christian pilgrimage center where the Virgin Mary spent her final days. Pope Paul VI visited the shrine in 1967 and “unofficially” confirmed its authenticity. Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI have also visited this shrine.
