Informative - Very interesting tour that teaches you that all animals have a very important roll on this planet. The guide was very informative and was genuinely very keen to answer any questions.

Great tour experience - This was a great tour. The Park Ranger Shah was very knowledgeable and discussed a lot of safety measures. The tour does take you to a little island for a bit of swimming in addition to viewing a bat cave, an eagle cove, etc. The only confusing bit was finding your table for lunch at the end of the tour. But eventually you will find your spot and meal which consisted of fried chicken, fried rice and a salad.

Great day not to miss… just make sure timings work - Awesome experience… some small things to consider about pickup and time. Great nature - not to miss the boat tour, Eagles, Bat Cave… and great guide and captains. Only watch outs: It is a collective pickup … and if you have no connectivity hard to coordinate (we were picked up 20min late but had no WiFi to communicate). The tour itself is 5 hours… w/o pickup and drop-off … so if you have eg cruise connections, has to be factored in. The guys helped to coordinate in the end and we got our boat … but was a bit of excitement as not clear in description. Overall still 5Stars and recommendations for everyone visiting!

Awesome day out - This tour was one of several Viator tours booked while travelling South East Asia. Whilst we were very happy with all other tours ( Vietnam foodie tour, Saigon river cruise) this trip was our favourite. It was great value for money, there was plenty to see throughout the day, the small lunch was delicious and enough and the guides were terrific fun. I would do this tour again next time I’m in Langkawi I loved it so much.

Well worth it - Well worth the money. Driver picked us up on time at our hotel. Boat driver was polite. They didn't try to take us to any markets or touristy places that sell cheap goods.

Great tour with excellent guide. - The boat safari takes you around a fascinating area with varied wildlife and stunning scenery. The driver was late picking us up, but there had been some flooding and trees down after heavy rain the night before, but we were in time for the trip. After a safety briefing we set off, but there were issues with the boat's motor that meant a couple of unplanned stops, but we got to see the eagles feeding, an awesome sight from so close. By the time we had done this, a replacement boat came and we changed over. It was noticeable that the tour operators encouraged minimal interference with animal behaviour, so did not throw food for the eagles and kites, or the monkeys. This was different to another boat where someone threw fruit to the monkeys causing some of them to jump into the boat, whereas our boat told us to put away plastic bottles etc and quietly moved close to a group of them without causing any conflict. The boat captain and the guide were very good at helping people in and out of the boat at the stops at the floating restaurant, bat cave and beach, especially for my wife who had an injured knee. Overall, an excellent trip with guide who cares about looking after the wildlife.

Awesome - highly recommend! - Amazing tour. Everything was seamless. My 7 yr old daughter loved all of it (bats, monkeys, going fast on the boat). Highly recommend the private option. Even lunch was great (not always a given on “included” meals). 5 stars

A brilliant day over all - A very extensive tour with lots of wildlife and scenery. The guides and drivers were brilliant and made it lots of fun. The only downsides were poor toilet facilities, and being 30 minutes late for collection in the morning

Good mangrove experience. - Enjoyable tour. Longer than I thought. Saw some great sights in the mangroves and a very good guide. Only suggestion is that the first stop to see the fish farm was too long and probably not necessary. A quick toilet stop and explanation would be enough. It was very hot when standing g still and rained when we returned so we got drenched. We missed the beach due to the weather but not a big deal. Great value for money.

Good place. Bad guide. - The place is great. How can you beat a mangrove with eagles and monkeys and bats and … so many things !! But the guide was doing half of his job. On the way to see the fish farm. He drive very fast and no explanation. Like a taxi. Fish farm was ok. On the way to see the eagle. The guide forgot the chicken meat so he has to get back. He showed us how the other guide feed the eagles, from far away. And he never feed the eagles himself. So we didn’t experience it really. Monkey was ok. Bat cave. We were supposed to meet him at the entrance in 20 minutes. Our whole group has waited for 45 min. He was sleeping in his boat I guess ….
