5pm Depart for Kuala Selangor, home to the world’s largest firefly colony. Observe monkeys foraging for food. Enjoy a delicious seafood dinner before boarding a boat to witness the fireflies’ dazzling mating ritual. Return transfer to the hotel by 9 pm.

Kuala Lumpur - Rainforest Taman Negara (Recommended hotel: Mutiara Resort)

Taman Negara National Park - 7am Depart for Taman Negara. Upon arrival, follow a Nature Guide to trek to Bukit Terisek (the VIEWPOINT) for a breathtaking view of Gunung Tahan. Take a boat to visit an aborigine village to observe fire-making and blowpipe demonstrations. Participation in activities is welcome. The rainforest serves as their supermarket.

Continue trekking to a rainforest waterfall for a refreshing dip - a therapeutic stress reliever. Check into the hotel. Free and easy.

7pm Join a Nature Guide for a night jungle walk to spot spiders, snakes, owls, and mouse deer foraging for food. Observe nocturnal animals coming for their lick. Good Night!

Taman Negara - Cameron Highlands (Hotel recommended: Camerons Resort)

Cameron Highlands - 7am Depart for the Cameron Highlands - a hill resort with extensive tea plantations and farmlands. Enjoy tea at an elevated tea cafe while admiring the rolling green hills. Plenty of photo opportunities. Visit the Butterfly Farm to see live butterflies, stick insects, leaf insects, snakes, and beetles. Also, explore the flower gardens with fruits and vegetables. Some farmers practice organic farming for affluent customers. Return to the hotel. Free and easy.
