Our Customer Service representatives will greet you at the arrival gate with a placard displaying your name. Upon meeting, you will be guided through Immigration, baggage reclaim, Customs, and then escorted to the arrival hall to meet your awaiting transfer.
Send-off Service: Our Customer Service Officer will meet guests at the airport drop-off point with a placard displaying the guest’s name. Upon meeting the guest, the CS Officer will manage the luggage and accompany them to the check-in counter to assist with check-in. After check-in, the guest will be escorted through immigration and then to the departure gate.
