Its central feature is a vegetable market along the main road - a popular shopping destination for visitors on weekends. Perched on a plateau next to Copthorne Hotel (formerly Equatorial Resort), traders and farmers sell the best of their crops and goods here from morning till evening.

As the market nears closing time, look for great bargains on perishable stock like greens, corn, strawberries, flowers, food stuff and more. Some tourist attractions that lie within the vicinity include Rose Center, Ee Feng Gu and Butterfly Garden.
