2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before your trip, allowing you to decide on the pick-up time.

3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time. Feel free to share any specific sights or activities you wish to include in your city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour in Kuala Lumpur and Malacca. The tour includes visits to Batu Caves, KLCC Twin Towers, and Putra Mosque in Kuala Lumpur. In Malacca, the tour covers Jonker Street, St. Paul’s Hill, Christchurch, Red Square, and Malacca Strait Mosque.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the trip, you can request a refreshment break or a meal stop as needed.

7. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, and from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration takes another 2.5 to 3 hours before proceeding to Singapore.
