• Opening hours: 9:00am-8.:30pm, daily / Last admission time is 8:30pm (Depending weather conditions)
• Check with staff if the Sky Deck is open before redeeming tickets. If closed, contact us or reschedule. Note: No transportation provided; use the same tickets on another date.
• In case of bad weather, KL Tower allows rescheduling within seven days. Get a revisitation slip at the ticket counter. Note: Transportation is not provided; you can visit on another date using the same tickets.
• Please ensure that the passport copy matches the lead traveler’s name, and the passport photo is essential for verification purposes.
• Please note, during peak season, if there is heavy crowding and the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional waiting charge for transportation will apply.”
