Highly recommended - Couldn't get tickets for the Petronas Twin Towers online and did not want to go to the ticket desk early in the morning, so this was the only alternative.
Definitely worth the money. We have seen other sites that we probably would not have visited on our own.
Our driver/guide was very friendly. He picked us up on time at our hotel. Very safe driving.

Brilliant tour organised very well. - We booked our visit to the Twin Towers at the very last minute The booking was done very efficiently and we had responses from them for every query of ours within minutes.The driver they'd sent us called Vicky was amazing.He enlightened us with the History of every place and gave us time to see the place properly and click pictures.It was a very good tour and I'd highly recommend this tour to everyone.

You'll be amazed at how much you can fit in half a day!! - Arrived bang on time and spoke excellent English. Driver knew everything about every where, whether it was a Mosque or the National Monument. He tailored the trip to suit us. Had a great time all round the city and of course the Tower experience was just awesome.

Excellent tour - We were pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be a Private tour. we had the tour guide all to ourselves and he was extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed the sites and got a really nice introduction to KL. Love

Fantastic day out in KL - We had an initial hiccup as the Petronas Towers tickets were not available but we were adequately compensated with tickets for the KLTower along with all the add ons. The driver/guide Akmal who was assigned to us was fantastic. He gave us great insight into Malaysia and a lot of details about KL. He was very patient and good with the family and even went beyond the scheduled working hours to accommodate our needs.

Fairly brisk city tour, but good guide and wasn't expensive. - We booked this trip because there were no Petronas Towers tickets available on the day, and this guaranteed we could get some last minute and go up. It doubled the cost of the tickets.
However, we felt it was good value, considering that we we thinking about a city tour, anyway.
In the time before the Petronas Towers visit, we spent 1.5 hours visiting a few stores, where there were things to buy (coffee, chocolate, etc.) Then after the Towers trip we spent a few hours in a private car, visiting a few of the main city highlights.. At each stop we were encouraged to jump out to take a few pictures, before moving on to the next stop.
If you wanted to go inside any of the attractions, then you would need to come back privately, later on.
Overall, if you just want a fairly quick tour for a few hours to get a feel for the city, then this could be for you. However, if you are expecting more time at each destination, then I would do something else.

Great overview tour - Great and informative tour.
Well organised and showed many highlights of KL.
A great way to ensure you have a booked ticket for petronas towers tour as this books out many days/weeks in advance

We had to visit all the places in a bit hurry and there was not enough information.

Not recommended - The tour includes visits to coffee, craft and chocolate shops that pressure you to buy.
The driver insisted on taking us to the Batu caves that were not included in the tour.
The driver provided us with tickets for the Petronas Towers and commented that it only included the 41st floor. It really included the 41st and 86th floors.

More Taxi than Tour - This was not what I would call a tour. It was more like a taxi that took you from place to place. No real commentary and too much emphasis on Outlet locations. Petronas Tower was the only real highlight and it was impressive! No disrespect to the driver, but it was just him and a car and it smelt of cigarette smoke. I expected a Tour Bus/Coach and some level of local knowledge insight. I could have done much better with a Hop-On-Hop-Off ticket and pay Petronas Entry...(there was no long queue on Sunday).
