It served as the railway hub for the Federated Malay States Railways and its successor, Keretapi Tanah Melayu (Malayan Railways). - Thean Hou Temple - The Thean Hou Temple, dedicated to the Chinese sea goddess Mazu, is a six-tiered temple in Kuala Lumpur. Situated on 1.67 acres atop Robson Heights on Lorong Bellamy, overlooking Jalan Syed Putra, it was completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989. Built by Hainanese Malaysians, it is one of Southeast Asia’s largest temples.
