International/Domestic Arrival: Airport representatives will be stationed in the paging area holding a sign with your name. The paging area is located on the left side of the Exit Gate in the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.

Additional Note: It is advisable to look for your airport representative in the paging area. If being picked up from Penang Hotel, please be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the departure time. (It is recommended to leave the airport 4 hours before your departure flight.)
