Join a driver at your accommodation for a departure time of either 9am or 2pm, and from there, commence the brief 15-minute journey to Batu Caves. Once you’ve arrived at the temple, climb the 272 steps leading to the majestic statue of Lord Karthikeyan, situated at the entrance of the largest cave in the area. The inside boasts Hindu shrines and a collection of cave temples that attract thousands of devotees from all corners of the globe. Around the exterior of the caves, you may notice the local monkeys. Post-Batu Caves, the next stop is Thean Hou Temple, a Buddhist monument honoring Mazu, the Goddess of the Sea as per Chinese belief. The area around the temple also houses an array of Malaysian and Chinese food stalls for a quick bite. Following this, a visit to Little India is planned, where Indians shop for groceries and religious items, before heading to China town (Petaling Street), a location popular for clothes and shoes shopping. The final stop includes a visit to the Twin Tower for photography opportunities. This tour, which spans 4-hours, concludes with transportation back to your hotel.
