2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before your trip to confirm your pick-up time.

3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. Feel free to share any specific sights or activities you wish to include in your city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour in Kuala Lumpur. We will visit KLCC Petronas Twin Towers and Batu Caves before heading to Cameron Highlands.

5. During the trip, you may request refreshment breaks or meal stops as needed.

6. The journey from Batu Caves to Cameron Highlands takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. Please inform us of your hotel or resort in Cameron Highlands, and the driver will take you there.
