Embark on a journey to the eastern suburb of the city to encounter the diverse landscapes of Kuala Lumpur, from towering high-rises to quaint villages and residential districts. First on the itinerary is the Istana Negara or the National Palace. We then guide you through the process of pewter production at the Royal Selangor Pewter factory, a renowned establishment since 1885 and the world’s leading brand in quality pewter. Ensure you get a snapshot with the world’s biggest pewter tankard, credited by the Guinness Book of Records with the capacity to hold 2796 liters of beer, and a replica of the Petronas Twin Towers constructed from 7000 pewter tankards. A visit to the famous Batu Caves - a significant Hindu temple is mandatory when you are in Kuala Lumpur. This is a limestone hill, housing three major caves and several smaller ones. A flight of 272 steps will take you to the main cave, watched over by a huge statue of the Hindu God Murugan.
