DON'T BOOK THIS "TOUR" - The "guide"/driver showed up but didn't even tour us around each site, give us detailed history, or answer our questions about the sites we went to. She would just drive us to a location, take our picture on her phone (I assume to send it to her boss that she actually took us there. she didn't even send us the photos), say "meet back here in 15-20 mins", then drive us to our next destination. She didn't even take us to Bukit Melawati which was on the itinerary because there was traffic. She also asked us if we wanted to go to a duty-free shop even though it wasn't on the itinerary and she stopped twice to get cash. She also drove terribly and stopped short many times. The tour overall was not enjoyable and the title of the excursion (batu caves and fireflies TOUR) is misleading and not accurate. I later asked for a refund which was denied. Terrible company and terrible service.
