Day 2 - Ghat to Selu Bagar to Ghunni to Jhinjhi Village (16 km/7-8 hours)
Day 3 - Jhinjhi to Pana Village (8 km/4-5 hours)
Day 4 - Pana to Dakhwani (3300 meters/10824 feet) 14 km/5 hours
Day 5 - Dakhwani to Kuari Pass (3800 meters) to Tali (9 km/5-6 hours)
Day 6 - Tali to Auli to Joshimath (2550 meters/8364 feet) 17 km/5-6 hours
Day 7 - Joshimath to Rishikesh
Joshimath - Depart early in the morning for Rishikesh. On the way, visit Rudraprayag, where the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers converge. Enjoy lunch en route. Arrive in Rishikesh by evening.
