Semenggoh Rehabilitation Center is a refuge for Orang Utans that have been freed from captivity as well as orphaned young primates. Here, they are re-educated to survive independently in the wild, learning skills such as natural food foraging and nest building. Many have been successfully reintroduced into the surrounding wilderness. Visitors can explore trails and might catch a glimpse of semi-wild Orang Utans.
The Sarawak Cultural village is a living exhibit of the tribal ways of life of the various ethnic communities that inhabit the scenic Land of Hornbills, Sarawak. Approximately 150 individuals call this village home.
Jong’s Crocodile Farm invites you on a journey through its well-structured path, revealing diverse crocodile enclosures, other animal spaces including bearded wild boar and sun bear habitats, and various bird species.
The Confirm tours initiative donates USD10 to the Semenggoh Center in support of its efforts.
