When in Chiang mai a must do experience - A must do experience from pick up to return everything is well organised, the base camp is immaculate and clean the owner Bang is brilliant good English. Trekking is worth the effort with stunning waterfall at the end. Back to base camp for lunch before heading out to the river for a slow meander down stream in a tube with a cold Chang in hand passing the elephant sanctuaries and stopping on the way to take photos and admiring the elephants bathing. Back to base again to take on a short walk up the hill to do the waterfall slide (must do challenge). After shower and change it’s time to feed the elephants across the road, I have never been so close up to an elephant and have to say they are as gentle as they look from a distance, after returning to enjoy home cooked meal and relax by the open fire before retiring to the clean dormitory where sleeping comes easy in this tranquil place. Hearty breakfast next before departing. If you don’t fancy the dormitory contact Bang to ask about his cabins equipped with ensuite tv and outside pool

Fantastic experience - Very good communication, well organized and has great facilities. Ethical elephant feeding experience was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would highly recommend this tour. We travelled with our 6 year old son and the trekking was ok for him

A great time in nature near Chiang Mai - It was a great experience. Bang is a great person and a great guide. I really liked everything. First we went hiking together and ended up at a beautiful waterfall. Afterwards we were in a larger group tubing and saw elephants and water buffalo up close. Very great was the feeding of 2 elephant ladies who were rescued from bad circumstances and are now allowed to spend their lives under supervision. Because of their past, they would not be viable on their own. It's really good to learn how to deal with the gentle giants properly. In the evening Bang took me to his favorite restaurant and over a few beers I looked at the starry sky before the night.
