Excellent walk - The walk was excellent, respecting the space of the elephant ( the maximum of physical interaction is as shown in the photos ).
The guides Jibby, Danny and Marco (Rafting) were attentive and helpful.

Fantastic experience - It was a fantastic experience; beforehand we didn't expect to be able to get so close to the elephants! The elephants are well cared for and well off, the keepers know what they are doing and respect the wildlife! The rafting afterwards was also great, this is definitely recommended!

Great Experience - Everything was great. The time was very sufficient, preparations were made in advance for us to feed the elephants and then we prepared something for the elephants, then we washed them. Our tour guide showed us what to do at each stage. Rafting was also very enjoyable. I recommend it. The food was also delicious, a lot of photos were taken of us, other than the ones we took, and these were shared with us. Thank yo Smile Elephant Chiang Mai family.

Trunkloads of fun! - Smile Elephant Sanctuary was a blast. It was very well organized. We were picked up at our accommodation by Jibby and her crew. Jibby was very informative. We met 4 female elephants who were all very friendly. We got to feed, walk and wash them. We also went white water rafting which was a very fun experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit elephants in Chiang Mai.

Smile sanctuary - We spent a lovely day learning all about the elephants from our lovely guide Jibby. We got to feed, walk with and wash the elephants. We then had a great time rafting down the river. Would highly recommend to anyone in Chiang Mai.

Volunteer in an elephant adventure! - One of the best experience ever! We learned about elephants and were an active part of the volunteers programme for a day. Feeding them and washing them is something you cannot do every day. The rafting along the "Mother River" guided by a local was amazing and we could enjoy the beautiful creation of Our Father God, followed by a nicely prepared Traditional Thai food. Having access to pictures and videos taken by our guides was the cherry on the cake. Thank you Danny and Jibby, you were amazing!!
