Kunming - Stone Forest Geological park. O/N Kunming.
Kunming - At 09:00, you will be picked up by your tour guide from the lobby of your hotel in Kunming downtown. Then, you will be driven from Kunming to Stone forest park(1.5 to 2-hours, 100KM)
Yunnan Stone Forest Geological Park - Kunming Stone Forest, Shilin in Chinese, is a spectacular set of limestone groups and the representative of south China’s karst landscape. Known since the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) as the ‘First Wonder of the World’, it is one of the most important attractions of Yunnan. An old local goes that if you have visited Kunming without seeing the Stone Forest, you have wasted your time.
Itinerary:
9:00–11:00: Kunming hotel to Stone Forest by car.
11:00–13:00: Visit the Stone Forest.
13:00–14:00: Lunch time.
14:00–16:00: Back to the Kunming hotel
Kunming - After the lunch then you will transfer back to Kunming hotel and back to the hotel around 16:00pm.
Kunming - Dongchuan. The tour end.
Kunming - At 08:00, you will be picked up by your tour guide from the lobby of your hotel in Kunming downtown. Then, you will be driven from Kunming to Dongchuan Red Land (3 to 3.5-hours, 150KM), a new rising tourist destination near Kunming.
Dongchuan Red Land - Upon arrival, take a tour of Music Hollow (Yuepuao), Jingxiu Garden, Old Tree.and enjoy the beautiful red land of Luoxianggou Valley surrounded by mountains at sunset. From a distance, Luoxiagou looks like a sunken depression. See traditional local villages adorn the colorful fields along the way.
Kunming - Afterwards, you will back to Kunming around 15:30pm and will need 3.5hrs driving as well.
