Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: Tour of Mtskheta and Tbilisi
Mtskheta - Start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Post-breakfast, head to Mtskheta, one of Georgia’s most ancient cities.
Explore monasteries and cathedrals, which are key monuments of Christian architecture in Georgia.
Svetitskhoveli is the patriarchal cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church, serving as Georgia’s main cathedral for millennia. It is a World Heritage Site.
Samtavro Monastery was constructed in the 4th century by King Mirian.
Jvari Monastery is renowned for its architectural perfection and is a masterpiece of architecture, being the first World Heritage monument in Georgia. It is where the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers converge.
In Mtskheta, visit a local Georgian family to taste various Georgian wines and “Chacha” vodka, and learn about the history of grape culture and winemaking.
Participate in Georgian cuisine masterclasses and enjoy a dinner with delicious Georgian dishes.
Tbilisi - After Mtskheta, embark on a tour of Tbilisi.
During the tour, visit the old city area – Narikala, a fortress complex in Old Tbilisi, offering a panoramic view of the city.
Visit the Sameba Cathedral, a modern construction and the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church.
Also, explore Metekhi (13th century), Anchiskhati (6th century), and Sioni (12th century).
Experience the famous sulfur baths in Abanotubani.
Stroll along Chardin and Leselidze streets, lined with numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and salons. Take the opportunity to relax with a cup of coffee or tea and Georgian sweets.
Day 3: Tour in the “Homeland of Wine” - Kakheti
Kakheti Region - After breakfast, journey to Sighnaghi, one of Kakheti’s oldest and most picturesque cities.
Continue to Bodbe to visit the ancient monastery of St. Nino (9th-18th centuries).
Proceed to Gurjaani, renowned for its wineries. Visit an old local wine cellar from the 17th-18th centuries, where you can learn about ancient winemaking traditions, participate in the process, and sample homemade wine. Also, engage in making churchkhela, a traditional treat made from nuts, almonds, or raisins.
Enjoy dinner with unique local dishes.
After dinner, visit the castle of the famous 19th-century Georgian writer, Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, in Tsinandali. Stroll through the beautiful garden, visit the winery, and taste local wine.
Return to Tbilisi.
Day 4: Ananuri - Gudauri - Stepantsminda
Jinvali Water Reservoir - En route to Kazbegi (Stepantsminda), the first stop is the Zhinvali reservoir. Spend about 20 minutes here for photos before continuing the journey.
Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble - The second stop is the ancient Ananuri castle complex (16th-18th centuries) on the Georgian military road, at the start of the Zhinvali reservoir, 900 meters above sea level.
The complex includes: upper and lower fortress, fence, towers, Church of the Mother of God, Church of the Deity, “Mkurnali” Church, bell tower, octagonal cell, and reservoirs.
Gudauri - The third stop is Gudauri, a renowned ski resort in Georgia, situated at an altitude of 2,195 meters.
Stepantsminda - Arrive in Kazbegi (Stepantsminda). Visit the Temple of the Holy Trinity (Tsminda Sameba), a cross-domed temple built in the 14th century. It is perched high on a mountain, at 2,170 meters, at the base of Mkinvartsveri Mountain (5,047 meters), along the Georgian Military Road above the village of Gergeti. To reach the mountain where the Church of the Holy Trinity is located, local jeeps must be rented (an additional 10 euros per person).
For dinner, enjoy the hospitality of a Georgian family and participate in preparing the signature Georgian dish, Khinkali.
Return to Tbilisi.
Day 8: Transfer to the International Airport in Batumi or Kutaisi
Kutaisi - Departure
