A very nice day - We were picked up at 7:50 am from our hotel. We meet Ika, our guide and our driver. There are only two of us on the excursion, unwittingly, we benefit from a private service. Ika speaks very good English. He knows a lot about the history of his country. He is passionate. Thanks to him, we learn a lot. Ika is a nice and friendly person. The day was pleasant and interesting. We returned to Kutaïsi rather than expected, a little before 7 p.m. instead of 10 p.m. It didn't bother us as we drove back before the night fell, it was safer. Thank you Ika.

Great experience, a lot of things to see. - Tbilisi is great city ,you can see a lot of things and we spend there approximately 3 hours ,our tour guide was great and he was explain to us as mush as possible ,he was also very kind. Jvari and mtskheta are nice add ons of the tour. The most notable actions of our tour was the boat trip and the ride with the teleferic you have a day to spare you should go to Tbilisi. The only negative was in our way back to Kutaisi ,we got stuck on traffic jam and we were waiting for around 2 hours, giga the admin of the tour has arranged the driver to take us back to Tbilisi and free of charge taxi from our hotel to the airport.

Excellent tour, great guides, well worth doing. - We were picked up from our hotel in the morning by our two very friendly guides,Giga and Omiko. There were only two of us on the tour, so we were able to interact and ask questions of our guides at any time, which made it a very personable experience. As we set off they explained our itinerary for the day in detail, and provided us with some history and culture of Georgia, they are both very knowledgeable. We stopped for coffee, the next stop was Surami, where we tried the Georgian sweet bread, "Nazuki", very delicious. When we arrived in Tbilisi, which is a city both old and new, the architecture contrasted of some very striking modern buildings and at the same time some very beautiful original and traditional ones. We took the cable car to Narikala fortress, from there we visited Legvatkhevi waterfall, the sulphur baths, Liberty Square, Metekhi church, Europe Square, bridge of peace, and the Jumak Mosque. Omiko our guide was talking to us all the time explaining about the various places we visited and their history, and telling us about all the relevant people in Georgian history, it was fascinating. After a long afternoon we headed to a restaurant for a very welcoming lunch, the restaurant was superb, thank you Giga for choosing such a nice place.I was very humbled and honoured to be asked to be the "Tamada", the toastmaster, at the lunch, I gave a speech about how happy we were to be in Georgia, such a beautiful country with all of its history and culture, and thanked our hosts for sharing it with us. After lunch we visited Jvari monastery which provides you with an amazing view of Mtskheta, Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, again excellent knowledge from Omiko our guide. Next we stopped at Mtskheta and Svetitskhoveli cathedral. Mtskheta is considered to be the religious centre of Georgia, it has a church within a church, the later part being built over the original, it is beautiful. After this we set off back to Kutaisi. It was a long day, but one which is very much worth doing. The people from Budget Georgia were excellent guides and company throughout the day, if we go back we would do this tour again as there is so much to take in, so it would certainly be worth it. We would definitely book with Budget Georgia again if we return to see more of this wonderful country.

Horrible customer service and mid advertised private tours - I booked a private tour with budget Georgia, and was very surprised to find that four other people were picked up as part of my tour. Two of them were part of a transport to Tblisi and the other two while they were absolutely lovely were part of my all day tour. When I do these weekend trips, I intentionally book private tours, so that I can have the experience I am looking for. I did address this with the tour guide as well as with budget Georgia, absolutely nothing other than an apology offered. Honestly, I would’ve accepted an absolute minimal offer of reimbursement (20 GEL/$7) or a discount on the transportation to the airport that I had been intending to take with them later, I was only looking for some at least attempt to try to rectify the situation, but they refused to even make an attempt. I will share the conversation your own awareness as their priority is collecting your money not fixing problems. I would recommend you research other companies. I will not be using them for transportation to the airport, and I am now currently working to find my own transportation last minute, simply to not provide them more business. I’m very thankful that I did not pay them in advance. I hope that they recognize that their failure to even attempt to address this issue cost them that service as well.
