An unforgettable experience - It was a beautiful day. The guide (Terry) was making a huge effort, to ensure a good day. Between searching for animals (elephants, antilopes, zebras, etc.) a snorkeling tour was organised. Also the organisation of our whole stay in St. Lucia was perfect. Thank you!

Great experience, must do! - Great tour of the fabulous wetlands. As with any such experience, to truly get the most from it, taking in the actual sights is only part of the, the role of the guide is central. Our guide for this tour was Aldo, assisted by William, Aldo was outstanding he has extensive knowledge of the fauna and flora, and a natural friendly and fun persona. We had a great trip, saw a lot of wildlife and learnt a lot about the environment of the park during the safari. Special mention for the excellent chicken lunch and snacks as well. We'd highly recommend this tour.

Great guide, great trip - Wonderful day out with Kyle as our guide. Kyle was excellent, knowledgeable, humourous and with a clear love of the natural world. We didn't have the best of luck with the weather, but Kyle did everything he could to make our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended trip- even in the rain x

Beautiful place - Beautiful park, many animals seen by the enthusiastic and driven guide Arno. Even an exciting encounter with elephant. Too bad snorkeling tides are sensitive, and unfortunately did not work out for us. That would be better communicated in advance. For the rest top day, thanks to Arno!

Beautiful tour - The tour was amazing! We started the day of with rain but Terry was prepared for everything (ponchos / towels). Luckily the car already provides enough coverage so the ponchos were not necessary at all. Terry had great knowledge of all the animals and birds in the park. He spotted animals from far and we got to learn so many new things. He even spotted a chameleon crossing the road while driving. The tour itself takes you to the beautiful Cape Vidal where you have a nice lunch. We would definitely recommend!!

Thank you Heritage Tours - a dream start to 2025! - Highly recommend this tour, and especially Terry, our guide, who was so knowledgeable, engaging, and funny, I didn't want the tour to end (and mind , it's a full day tour beginning 8am!) I went with my mum and younger sister, visiting from Belgium, and we had already been to Kosi Bay and Hluhlwe. I write this review at the end of our week out here. I can safely say that for me, this was the best part of the time spent in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. Terry took incredible care of us all, from the details he shared about each animal we came across (including why to never turn a tortoise upside down) to how he made the drive feel comfortable and unrushed, and his overall attitude towards the biodiversity in the park and also the personnel and people around the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park. Seeing the wildlife, the Mission Rocks beach, and discovering the greatly addictive delicacy that are water berries - these are just some of the amazing memories from this tour. To top it, we were with a wonderful group in our tour, so this is also a great way to enjoy time with other visitors of the area. Like I said, I was sad when the tour came to an end as I felt I was only just starting to learn about the most incredible ecosystem I've come across, and this was thanks to a guide who deserves every star in this review. It's impossible to recommend Heritage Tours enough because they really think of every detail, down to making sure my itinerary of booked events did not clash with potential New Year's Eve or New Year Day noise or disruptions. Thank you Heritage Tours and Terry our guide for a dream start to 2025!

Great day with a great guide - I have been on many game drives with many other companies and guides, but would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone! He is very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm and passion for what he does stands out! It was a truly fantastic day, and the whole group enjoyed the experience thoroughly!
