Great experience - I had a great experience. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The excursions were very interesting, well organized and made me see a lot of attractions at a good pace. The organizer was quite flexible and let me customize the tour for my needs and preferences. I wish I was given more information ahead of time; most of the time I only discovered the program a day ahead or on the same day, which lead to a lot of uncertainty and made it hard for me to plan ahead (though my tour detracted from the standard package, which must have made things harder for the organizer). Overall, I felt the guides and organizers were trustworthy and they took good care of me during the whole tour.

A very pleasant tour experience - We joined the 8 days tour to visit Ukraine in April 2019. The tour operator was very accommodating, and fast to respond to our email and WhatsApp enquires. Hotels were good and transportation was comfortable. We have seen many beautiful places and architectures in Kiev, Lviv & Odessa during the tour, tried delicious local food at restaurants recommended by the local guides. We also enjoyed the wine tasting experience at the end of the tour. The local guides were all helpful and friendly. We learnt the history of Ukraine more from them. The key man Roman did the great job to arrange everything for us. He is a super friendly person. We enjoyed the tour very much and highly recommend this company to all the visitors to Ukraine.

A brilliant holiday - Well planned and overall very smooth. The balance of attraction and free time was just right for us. I'd really recommend it. Roman did a great job in logistics and he is very responsive. All 3 guides Kate, Alex and Stass of 3 Ukraine cities were fantastic and passionate. Overnight crosscity train was quite an experience. We tasted 10 types of Red / white wine with remarkable quality at a winery in Odessa. The price was unbeatable ~ USD 3 / 750ml bottle !!! Never forget the unique tea Rose aroma.

good tour options to experience Ukraine; great customer service - I had the tour tailored slightly in each city and upgraded from the standard package to 4* hotels. It was very easy to plan the trip, my chat POC (who ended up being the owner) was amenable to making changes and clarifying the agenda. I'm a bit of a zealous planner and he was patient with each question or request. Once arrived, there were a couple logistic hiccups but minor overall, and quickly rectified. All of the people tied to this company that I met (3 cities) were exceptional; good English, friendly, and seemed to legitimately enjoy their jobs. A couple even contacted me after I left their cities just to check in and see how I was doing. I always felt safe and taken care of. The customer service and sincere desire for me to enjoy my time in Ukraine helped me enjoy the tour. A couple 3rd-party companies used were not quite to the same quality level. Drivers don't always speak English or know what your agenda is should anything go wrong or you have questions. I added a cooking class that wasn't very good; limited English and of the 2 dishes I don't eat the ingredients in 1. Either skip it or coordinate better with Davay Poedem when planning the event. For those looking to book through this company a couple recommendations: -ask about upgrading to higher class of hotel and go from 4pax train car to 2pax -be careful where the overnight trains are placed on your itinerary. I went from catacombs to train to next day tour, and felt pretty gross after the catacombs but was stuck with it for a while. Also had an overnight train before flight home, which could have been avoided had I arranged the tour slightly differently -if you don't already have the app, download what'sapp to communicate with various company representatives -if offered, entertain the idea of combining with other travelers for common excursions. I was joined with a lovely UK couple who made a couple of the trips more enjoyable -ask to get the complete & detailed itinerary before arrival. It'll allay some stress knowing all the times for pick-up each day. Otherwise you get it when you check into your 1st hotel
