Admire the rich green bamboo while your guide maneuvers you along the rickshaw-only pathway, devoid of any other tourists. Ensure your cameras or mobile phones are at the ready for capturing this unforgettable scenery.
Following our visit to the Nonomiya Shrine, we’ll uncover the second portion of the bamboo grove, fashioned as a charming park. Here you can take memorable group photos with the striking green bamboo as your backdrop. En route to the final segment of the bamboo grove, we’ll be crusing past a beautifully preserved Edo period tableau.
The last area of the bamboo forest is accessible only by foot, so our guide will leave the rickshaw at a nearby location and then lead you to the most renowned and awe-inspiring section of the bamboo jungle. (To bypass the throngs at this location, we suggest commencing the tour pre-noon)
