1. In emergencies (such as illness or injury) that require immediate treatment or transport, the participant (or their family) will be responsible for the costs. Rescue services (e.g., helicopter) may be requested without prior consent.
2. Mountain rescues can be costly. Participants must have mountain insurance that covers rescue, search, and personal liability.

Termination of Tour Participation
Guides may terminate a participant’s tour if:

1. They are unable to continue due to illness, injury, etc.
2. Weather or natural conditions pose a safety risk.
3. They behave recklessly, refuse to cooperate, or disrupt the tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
