Accident and Mountain Rescue Insurance
- In emergencies (such as illness or injury) that require immediate care or transport, the participant (or their family) will be responsible for the costs. Rescue services (like a helicopter) may be requested without prior consent.
- Mountain rescues can be costly. Participants must have mountain insurance that covers rescue, search, and personal liability.
Termination of Tour Participation
Guides may terminate a participant’s tour if:
- They are unable to continue due to illness or injury.
- Weather or natural conditions pose a safety risk.
- They behave recklessly, refuse to cooperate, or disrupt the tour.
