First held in 2014, the Autumn Sumo Tour in Kyoto, “Kyoto Basho,” is gradually becoming a new autumn tradition in the city. Unlike the official sumo tournaments, the tour offers a rare opportunity to experience the wrestlers’ expressions and movements up close.
