Amazing Hidden Kyoto E-Biking Tour with Yuta! - My wife and I had an incredible time on the Hidden Kyoto E-Biking Tour! Our guide, Yuta, was exceptionally friendly, kind, and passionate about Kyoto’s history, making the tour both fun and informative. The e-bikes were easy to ride, and we explored hidden gems we’d never have found on our own. Yuta’s knowledge and enthusiasm truly made the experience special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto—it’s the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and history!

Fantastic tour! - This trip was excellent. Our guide Michael was a wonderful host and took time to explain everything about the bikes and gave us great information about the sights and Kyoto in general. The ebikes were very nice and it was fun seeing a different part of Kyoto. I highly recommend this tour. One of the highlights of our time in Japan.

Great way to cover alot of ground in Kyoto. - Michael was a great tour guide, he explained the bikes and the rules of the road clearly. We traveled many back roads and passageways that a tour bus would not be able to take you on. His ability to explain the sights we visited and the history behind the shrines and temples was academic but simplified. He had a lot of knowledge that he shared with us. My husband and I are seniors and this was not a difficult tour. If you are comfortable on a bike you should have no trouble.

A Different Side of Kyoto - Everyone told us that there was too much to see in Kyoto by foot, so I booked the Hidden Kyoto E-Biking Tour to give my friends and myself a bit more range. The bikes were great, the electric assist a big asset (especially on those hills), and we got to see a different side of Kyoto than your average tourist. Now I can hear what you are thinking - "Every tourist thinks that they are different than the average tourist! " And, that is absolutely fair. And I am sure my friends and I are pretty average. So why am I so confident that our experience wasn't? Well, since returning from Japan other travelers have shared their experiences in Kyoto with us. And they mention shouldering their way through crowds of tourists looking at the same dozen spots. That was not our Kyoto experience. We wandered through shrines with more tori gates than tourists. We zipped into the hills and wandered a Buddhist temple in glorious tranquility. Back in town had a tea ceremony and looked out over a intricate garden. If this is the Kyoto you are looking for - the e-bike tour with Noru is where you can find it. And, if like me, you forgot your gloves, then they can lend you some of those too (thank you Yuta!).

Family e-bike tour with Michael - Thankyou for a wonderful tour, Michael was a fantastic, funny and informative guide and we all felt safe and learnt a lot about the area and locations we visited. Michael was also great with my teenage boys, my youngest (13) asked 100 questions and my eldest (15) didn’t say much but did let me know he found it very interesting (a great compliment from him!). The e-bikes were a lot of fun and just so interesting to see local neighbourhoods along the way. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Just do it! - Michael our tour guide was exceptional. He was clearly passionate about Japanese history and culture and made it interesting and informative. The e bikes were great taking us to the quiet lanes and areas where tourists would not normally end up. A great way to get a glimpse of Kyoto and learn something as you do it!
