Would definitely recommend! - We attended this tea ceremony on our first day in Kyoto and we’re now on our fourth day in this beautiful city but this tea ceremony and kimono wearing is still our favorite! The hosts and all the workers at the kimono rental were sooo kind and helpful! They enjoy every bit of their craft, be it the kimono wearing or the tea ceremony. They shed light to the beautiful art of preparing tea and the philosophy behind it in such a sincere way! My brother and I loved it! Thank you very much!

Awesome Experience! Once in a lifetime! - The experience we had was immaculate. This is my first time out of my country and experiencing the culture first hand was a memory to hold forever. Our host was great and patient! We will be back.

Totally worth it - This is a great experience, but not the real tea ceremony. However, for someone visiting for the first time, it’s a good intro.

A must-do experience in Kyoto! - This was a highlight of our trip to Japan yet alone Kyoto! They start by doing your hair and letting you pick out a kimono which is just a bucket list dream! Then you do a tea ceremony with a beyond beautiful and kind instructor. It is so much fun to learn about such a great ritual!

The Geisha experience - History of matcha was interesting. Everyone was kind. The pictures were lovely. I wish they did one professional picture for us to have. But over all excellent.

Tea Ceremony & Cute Kimonos - We were not sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience we had. We started by getting dressed in kimonos in the Gion District which was fun and effortless. We then proceeded to have a tea ceremony with Suzuki. Her instruction was thorough, concise and informative. It was such a fun experience and not too long for our 10 year old daughter.
