Tour Guide - Hide was an amazing guide. We started by looking and shrines and temples then ended with a traditional tea ceremony. It was nice walking around seeing everything.

Walking tour and tea ceremony - Our guide Hide was very knowledgeable. He spoke of Shinto and Buddha religions. The walking tour was good for our first day in Kyoto since it got us oriented to the area. The tea ceremony was very calming and relaxing. Highly recommend

Feel the history of Japan - Hide was excellent. Our favorite temple (kiyomozu) experience and the walk from the pickup spot through Gion was a great way to see and feel the history.

Recommend! Beautiful tour + tea ceremony - Hikari was such a kind, lovely guide. She showed us some shrines/temples within the area of Kioyomizuzuka and she knew a lot of charming details to tell about the history of the different places. The tea ceremony was also great and we tasted some really good matcha. All in all I'm super happy with booking this tour, it's a dear memory now ♡

Good entry Kyoto, shrines/temples and tea ceremony - Everything was ok, our guide Hide was very nice and spoke good English. He could have told a little more about the places, the culture, etc. But few questions were asked. Tea ceremony was wonderful!

A fast paced, fun and informative tour with a lovely tea ceremony - The tour was great! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and we both enjoyed it very much. The tea ceremony was a highlight of Kyoto. I would advise bringing snacks and water with you because this is a fast paced tour and there are no stops for food because there's alot to see along the way.

Rushed - Our experience with this tour was disappointing. We started by waiting 20 minutes for two people who never showed, causing a delay. After that, the pace was so rushed that I had to jog to keep up with the guide through the crowded streets. We spent too much time at Yasaka Shrine, leaving little time for Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which felt like the main highlight. The tea ceremony wasn’t exclusive to our group; we were combined with other visitors. Overall, the tour felt hurried, and I didn't feel I had fully experienced the Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
