Kids and the geisha museum - It was an inexpensive and fun way to get some interaction with the geisha world. The kids enjoyed it For the majority of the time, had a nice garden for them to walk around in

A place where you can have a valuable experience! - It was a very valuable experience because I don't usually see maiko and geisha close up! It was a world I didn't know, so I wanted to know more about Kyoto culture because I knew so many things.

Experience beautiful Kyoto!! - This time, recommended by a friend, I went on a family trip to Kyoto!! Kyoto's red-light district culture, of course, It was very satisfying to see gorgeous ornaments, kimonos, and geisha and maiko, and to have a different experience from the previous trips to Kyoto such as visiting temples! I thought that I could easily experience the beautiful culture of Kyoto and that overseas customers would be very happy. It's good to know where it is! 笑

I met a geisha. It was beautiful. - Somehow a culture that you just know from a movie or a book ... especially the red-light district, which is hard to see or hear directly, so I was glad to have this kind of open place. Apart from the exhibition, there was a stage. I couldn't take pictures of the stage, so I had to burn them into my eyes. Geisha was beautiful. I think all girls will fall in love with maiko and geisha! After I finished watching the stage performances, I was completely dressed up like an idol, taking a lot of pictures of the flower business cards and fans on display, and I was excited when I saw the Okiya sign that I stumbled upon on my way home. I might have bought Axta or something. They showed me a movie of Miyako Odori at the theater on the way home, Please show me the location of the theater.

And guesswork is found. - I want the Japanese to go. I don't know as much as I thought. It was easy to understand and fun to appreciate the culture of the Hanamachi. Both kimono and kanzashi are sighingly beautiful. The theater of all Japanese cypress trees is also impressive. The garden is lovely and I want to come here when the weeping cherry blossoms bloom. This isn't just a museum where you see the exhibits, you can see real geisha and maiko performing Kyomai! It's real. There is no chance to see it at all, so we recommend viewing it at least once. Take in the photos of Maiko and Geisha. You will surely find your favorite geisha. I'll check out the Maiko in love at first sight. I'm rooting for you.

a must-go place to learn and experience Maiko culture! - I had a great time! The writing about Maiko culture is excellent, so please take your time to read it carefully. Watching the Maiko’s dance afterward makes it even more special. The bar area attached to the shop, with seats facing the garden, is a peaceful and pleasant spot to enjoy drinks—definitely a must-go place!

A relaxing museum - The exhibits and explanations about them were very good to read and I learned about Gion which is not usually known. I spent a lot of time watching each and every one of them, but I was so happy to meet a real Maiko, she was beautiful and cute! I want to invite my friends to come back next time.

Recommended spots where you can experience traditional Kyoto culture - I have always been interested in the world of maiko and geisha, but I was thrilled to be able to see things that even Japanese people don’t know in depth! I was mesmerized by the wonderful dances of geisha and maiko, the gorgeous kimonos and tools, and the quaint gardens and buildings that you can’t usually see. It is a lovely facility where you can feel the traditional culture of Kyoto.

Here, you will be able to learn about Kyoto's Maiko. There are exhibits showcasing their kimono, hair accessories, and makeup tools. For an additional fee, you can watch a Maiko dance performance. This is a special experience that you wouldn’t usually get to see on a typical trip to Kyoto. It's a wonderful museum that will make your trip to Kyoto even more memorable.

Discover traditional dance - Timeless and hypnotic experience. The museum part (kimonos) is also magical. The show is short but the magic is working.
