More than expected - It was much more than I thought it would be. We had 4-5 stops along the way including several temples. Our guide did a great job explaining the history and significance of each stop (except for the ice cream stop). I am glad that it was an E-bike tour as the pedal-assist we needed.

Simple and effective guided tour - The electric bikes made hitting a large selection of locations a breeze, all the locations were generally accepting of photos, and Henry covered all standard expenses that came about from the trip. It was nice to not have to worry about the logistics for entering each shrine and the fees that came with it.

Not to miss bike ride - Wonderful e-bike ride with Michael who was very informative, friendly and funny! We had a lovely group of people. We were taken through a beautiful temple then through interesting back streets to the bamboo forest. Onto another fascinating temple , a lovely forest ride to a stunning ice cream spot. Loved every minute and learned lots. E-bike were lots of fun but not overwhelming at all and very user friendly. - Kylie, Steve and Ben

“You will have fun, and learn about Japan!” - This was worth every penny, (yen!), of it, my wife and I had an absolute blast, our tour guide “Mike” was fantastic, knowledgeable about the history/temples, and quite hilarious! We lucked out with the 7 other people in our group, we all bonded with fun, sightseeing and beauty even being from different parts of the world!

Amazing experience - This was an amazing ride, would recommend it to anyone. We were able to see parts of Kyoto we wouldn't have on our own. A great alternative to other options to visit Arashiyama.

Kyoto Trip Highlight🙌🏼 - This experience was INCREDIBLE!!! Sean was amazing with the tour. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. We had a great time and every second was worth it. We ended up making friends with the people we went with, who were also from Canada. Highly recommend it!!! Only feedback were the bike seats. It was a little uncomfortable but you know what they say… no pain no gain. Aside from that 100000/10

Great experience! - This was a great way to see parts of Kyoto and surroundings that you wouldn’t normally see. Michael was a knowledgeable guide and very willing to share his experience. I highly recommend this experience for competent cyclists. The cycling wasn’t physically challenging ( they are e-bikes), but some of the city riding requires significant awareness.

Great views, fun experience cycling, good guide, cool temples - Beautiful tour to Kyoto's countryside. This was my second time in Kyoto and I had already seen most of the touristy stuff during my first visit so it was quite refreshing and amazing to see the countryside and cool new temples. Henry was amazing as a guide and shared tons of cool info about Kyoto and answered lots of our questions and also took care of everyone's needs with water, finding toilets etc. The bikes provided were also amazing and I had lot of fun cycling as well. The path you take during cycling is easy and comfy and super fun. I didn't consider myself good at cycling and actually never drove one in like 6years but even then I was able to get the hang of it quickly mainly due to how comfortable and easy it was (it has electric assist for climbs and stuff). Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto

Awesome, interesting, fun. - Absolutely superb. Sean was very good: knowledgeable, happy to chat whenever we asked questions about anything, took us to spots that were all differently interesting, and the streets in between each spot were interesting travelling in themselves, and he told us his bamboo joke as if it was the first time he told it! E-bikes made it so easy to do the trip which did have a few hills. Sean has obviously done a thorough job researching the route. He is a pro. Thank you.
